OpenCTI Touch does not just offer simple anonymous call forwarding: due to the parallel internet connection to the OpenCom 100 you see the number of the calling party or their name by using your smart phone contacts. The PBX phone book / contacts can be used for initiating calls from your mobile. Caller and redialling lists are available on the smart phone.
