M7425 Enterprise
Intuitive management of NeXspan systems
The M7425 offer, based on user-friendly Windows interfaces, makes NeXspan easy to use, thus reducing the need for training. M7425 is a software suite that can be easily installed on standard non-dedicated platforms. It is a competitive solution that nonetheless offers high added-value services: its Client/Server architecture, for example, which facilitates remote access via the Web and provides full mobility. With NeXspan you have a system that can be managed remotely as standard; no hardware needs to be added. The M7425 is a modular offer that adapts to the size and requirements of your company, the main objective being to reduce operating costs.
M7425 offer is available in an Enterprise pack for networked NeXspan and full services, or in an Express pack mono site with billing and directory services.
M7425 Enterprise can be used to manage telephone networks of between 10 and 5,000 subscribers. It can provide management of installed bases (up to 100 IP-PBX). It offers homogeneous management of the following platform types of the NeXspan range.
Fault management
The status of your systems is supervised in real time. If a fault is detected, the M7425 Enterprise alerts you on your PC by e-mail or GSM. To solve the problem rapidly and efficiently, M7425 Enterprise has a wide range of tools for diagnosing and dealing with the problem.
Configuration management
M7425 Enterprise proposes, in a Windows environment, remote access to the entire configuration of the system : subscriber management, speed dial programming, telephone set keys, etc. There is an optional module for centralised, assisted management of network subscribers with, among other things, a wizard for centralised creation or definition of telephone rights. You can automate the more repetitive operating tasks, such as time management and system data backup.
Maintenance services
The daily operation of your system is fully secure through automatic remote configuration backups. With M7425 Enterprise you can also schedule network system updates and upgrades centrally. This is fully secure thanks to a rollback mechanism, exclusive to NeXspan systems.
Cost management
M7425 Enterprise offer the following services for complete control of telecoms costs :
- Breakdown of communication charges
- Control of carrier billing
- Cost analysis: most frequently dialled numbers, hit-parade of sets
- Module for managing hotel and hospital rooms (check-in/ check-out, pre-payment, wake-up calls and room status)
