OpenAttendant 500
Automatic voice directed queuing system
In the family of OpenCom 1000 communication server the integrated application OpenAttendant 500 offers a complete automatic caller direction over speech menu with DTMF control. OpenAttendant 500 supports free definable individual systems with user-defined menus. So that for example automatic switching to service call numbers can be realized, or information services for cinema programs, weather, stock market, opening hours, special offers or competences in an office. CLIP based routing permits to relay international / regional caller directly and automatic. CLIP based Callback permits to arrange calls over the OpenCom 1000 for example for home workers or GSM user, costs thereby incurred in the OpenCom and could be booked there. The import of professional announcement text, sounds or music is possible directly from the PC. OpenAttendant 500 is a web based solution and could be administrated independent of the operating system with any browser.
