The Pack Nomad includes 6 applications:
M7420 Terminal Manager: telemanagement of digital and IP sets
This product provides back-up and restore of the configuration data for digital an IP sets, identification and update of the software releases.
M7420 Music Manager: local customization of the greeting
This product can customize the greeting : new promotions, opening hours (management of greeting messages, on hold messages, night messages…).
M7420 Setup Wizard: the high-performance installation wizard for NeXspan C and S systems
The customer Excel® spreadsheet is used to collect mass data from the customer such as subscriber data, directory, abbreviated numbers, programmed keys. It is easy to use and existing data can be copied and pasted using Windows®. Collecting data upstream in this way helps to reduce installation time. Wizard mode has intuitive ergonomics which guide the user during configuration thanks to an automatic sequence of steps.
M7420 Update: telemanagement of NeXspan’s greeting
With M7420 Update an Installator can manage greeting and IVR in a very user-friendly Windows® interface. Every single function aim to reduce management costs : OFF line configuration, graphical construction of IVR, IP/ISDN connection…
Local loader: local loading of the systems
This product provides back-up, restore, release upgrade, update of patches.
M7425 Enterprise Nomad: advanced maintenance of M6501 and NeXspan C, S, L, D and NeXspan Communication Server
This product provides the whole tele maintenance services of the M7425 Enterprise, to fit a nomad use : back-up, restore, software upgrades, patches.
Moreover, it provides advanced services for NeXspan C/S/L/D : secured downloading (rollback), back-up and restore of the musics and IVR, and local back-up and restore of NeXspan.
