The first contact that the public and prospective customers have with your enterprise is often with your main phone reception service, a service that helps shape and reinforce your business image.
The i2070 Software Attendant Console provides a simple, user-friendly graphical interface that simplifies call handling tasks, allowing your attendants to focus on customer service quality.
The i2070 Software Attendant Console operates alongside other applications the attendants use and does not require a dedicated PC. The integrated M760 phone is used for voice function (handset or headset).
The user interface is made of five windows:
- communication management main window
- ongoing calls monitoring window (called CCOs or Communication Circuits)
- directory information window
- supervision window(s)
- detailed directory record window
The main window is for call management and shows incoming calls, information about the caller of the current call (and about a second correspondent if accurate) as well as available commands for this call.
Except for the main one, all windows can be re-sized. The position and size of each window is stored so that each user recovers his configuration when he logs in.
All commands are activated by mouse clicks or keyboard shortcuts. The application is associated with an icon and operates in the background when other applications are active.
