The Attendant Console performance


The NCP Web Attendant solution offers attendant console functions in supervised web client, with a call distribution service that can be customised according to priorities (internal/external calls, VIP customers, etc). It is used to manage 4 to 64 users simultaneously.

These attendant consoles have the following features, among others:
