TORONTO, ONTARIO (March 3, 2005) -- Aastra Technologies Limited - (TSX: “AAH”) is pleased to announce today that its Board of Directors has appointed Tony Shen as Co-CEO of Aastra Technologies Limited effective immediately. This appointment is in addition to Tony Shen continuing to serve as President and COO of the Corporation and reflects the increasing contribution in both size and scope that Tony has made to the success of the Corporation. Francis Shen will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and will remain jointly responsible as Co-CEO with Tony Shen.
