InAttend 2.0 provides a full set of attendant call control services and rich presence information to attendants to ensure efficient call handling. It is especially designed for enterprises that want to maintain their high customer service level and at the same time leverage from all the benefits a complete attendant solution offers.

Full-featured Attendant Services – A complete UCC offer
The InAttend 2.0 solution is a future-proof, cost-effective and scalable solution that offers professional attendant console services providing powerful search options, calendar integration with Microsoft Exchange, etc. It integrates with a variety of directories such as Active Directory (AD) or any other LDAP compliant directory. The InAttend 2.0 solution aggregates line state/presence/activity status from various presence sources, including Microsoft Lync 2013.

InAttend 2.0, can be deployed in stand-alone Lync installations as well as customers having both their existing call manager and Microsoft Lync 2013 co-existing in the same infrastructure to benefit from the best of both worlds.Systems are deployed using SIP for call control and media, with or without encryption, and the UCMA interface ensures that Lync presence and line state information is aggregated into our Mitel BluStar Server presence engine, delivered with the attendant console.
